Hold up a mirror to your practice.

Supervision sessions
for professional practitioners
Virtually + Phone + in-person

I believe

Self-reflection helps us, help others.

The supervisor-supervisee relationship holds up a mirror to our practice. It helps us engage in reflection to prevent our biases and preconceptions from interfering in our professional responses and decision-making.

Supervision can also help practitioners recognise and avoid burnout, an all-too-common theme among workers in the human services.

I provide a friendly atmosphere of understanding and non-judgement, enabling you to freely examine your concerns, learn from your experiences, and gain confidence and develop your knowledge and abilities.

Hi, I’m Nada

I take an integrative and person-centred approach to supervision, anchored in my years of experience as a social worker and counsellor in health and community settings. In particular, I have supported professionals in their roles with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, collective trauma backgrounds, and domestic violence situations.

If you are interested in professional supervision, please contact me to organise a brief phone intake assessment for the suitability of service.
