I believe in

With hope, change is always possible.

Born of mixed heritage and having lived in several different countries, I’ve always been a passionate advocate for diversity and cross-cultural understanding. I welcome people of all cultural, ethnic and spiritual backgrounds. As a social worker and counsellor, I’ve had the privilege of assisting countless women and men, refugees, victims of domestic violence and those experiencing mental health issues to reconnect with family, community, and Self. My clients have taught me the power of relationality, personal resiliency, and spirituality in healing. I offer rich and co-collaborative supervision to practitioners, backed by my wide-ranging experience as a supervisor in mental health and community settings. I’m especially interested in developing supervisees’ insight and empathy in their professional lives, believing that self-reflection helps us, help others.
